Accounting
CompuPay’s accounting team skillfully supports all of our other departments, providing the following services: accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, payroll, purchasing and financial reporting.
After Payroll Solutions
Our APS team coordinates with various business partners across the country to provide a wide ranges of integrated services to our payroll clients, including: HRIS, HR resource library, health benefits, workers’ compensation insurance, 401(k) plans and recordkeeping services, section 125 and flex plans, timekeeping systems, paycards, employee background screening and tax credit recovery services.
Business Development
The business development team partners with accounting firms, banks and other organizations to provide payroll services to their clients. The team also manages CompuPay marketing websites, online marketing, collateral and presentation materials, client and employee communications and relationships with the media.
Human Resources and Organization Development
Our human resources and organization development department supports every CompuPay employee by providing a meaningful benefits package, training, performance review and compensation services and works to recruit and employ the most talented employees in the payroll industry.
Tax Operations and Compliance
Tax operations and compliance ensures our clients’ payroll taxes are filed and paid on time every time. The team takes full responsibility for client payroll taxes, keeps up with the ever-changing payroll tax laws, manages any IRS notices to full resolution and communicates important tax-related news and information to clients.
Treasury and Funds Management
The primary goal of treasury services is to monitor all of the day-to-day cash flows and banking relationships and is responsible for providing direct deposit and OnePay payroll services. Treasury is comprised of 3 fundamental areas, ACH processing, collections and payment services.
Entity and Quality Control
The entity and quality control department ensures the entity data contained in the CompuPay databases are accurate, balanced and compliant with all company policies as well as governmental regulations and requirements. The entity department also maintains the integrity of client files and prepares for the required reporting of data to all third-party processors and/or governmental agencies.
Operations
CompuPay operations teams across the country process millions of paychecks each year for our clients. They keep the payroll process running smoothly for our clients so that they can focus on growing their businesses and caring for their own clients.
Information Technology
Our IT team expertly manages our payroll systems to ensure a seamless payroll process for every CompuPay client. Responsibilities include ongoing payroll product updates and upgrades and help desk services for internal teams.

CompuPay sales professionals provide tools and resources to small businesses nationwide.
