CompuPay Raises over $4,500 for Breast Cancer Research
CompuPay employees recently participated in Lee National Denim Day (http://www.denimday.com) to raise money for breast cancer research. Employees donated $5.00 or more to the Women’s Cancer Programs of the Entertainment Industry Foundation in exchange for the opportunity to honor breast cancer survivors and victims and to wear jeans to work on October 2.
CompuPay’s 700 employees raised over $3,500 for breast cancer research and CompuPay provided a $1,000 match for a total of over $4,500 raised. This event was so popular among employees CompuPay has decided to continue providing opportunities for employees to make a difference through charitable contributions.
In November, CompuPay will begin profiling a national charitable organization each month to which employees can contribute dollars and CompuPay will match up to $1,000 each month. Charitable organizations are chosen based on nominations made by employees.
