CompuPay Vice President Chosen as Member of IRS Advisory Committee

MIRAMAR, Fla. (Jan. 23, 2007) - CompuPay, Inc., one of the country's leading providers of payroll, tax filing and HR-related services, today announced that Nadine Hughes, vice president of agency services, has been selected as a new member of the Information Reporting Program Advisory Committee (IRPAC).

The Internal Revenue Service selected eight new members, including Hughes, to join IRPAC.  The IRPAC is composed of seventeen members who represent various segments of the information reporting program community, from major national professional and trade associations to state tax agencies.

"I am proud and anxious to serve on the IRPAC committee and represent the payroll service provider industry as well as other employer groups in order to help IRS executives understand our concerns and to effectuate future changes to reporting requirements.  It is always fun and interesting to be in Washington to interact with such a diverse group of industry leaders," said Hughes.  The committee will hold its orientation meeting on January 24-25, 2007.

CompuPay, Inc. was founded in 1980 and today is the largest privately-held payroll company in the U.S. and among the top five overall. Its growing network of local offices processes payroll for thousands of companies ranging in size from one to over 10,000 employees in all 50 states. The company offers payroll and employer-related services to clients seeking highly flexible, innovative solutions to meet their growing business needs.

The Information Reporting Program Advisory Committee was established in 1991 and focuses on information reporting issues.  The committee?s purpose is to provide an organized public forum for discussion of relevant tax administration issues between IRS officials and representatives of the public.
