The "Best Places to Work" awards are self-driven by company employees who answer a 40 question survey regarding their business establishment. The questions are based on a six-point Likert Scale, with answers ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree. Over a four-month period, the surveys are reviewed and a score is devised for each nominee, ultimately selecting winners in the small, medium and large business categories.
"We are extremely honored and proud to be named one of the finalists for this prestigious award," said Charlie Lathrop, Chairman, CEO and President of CompuPay. "Our philosophy as a company is to empower all employees to do their best and be their best when serving the needs of our clients, both internal and external.
