MIRAMAR, Fla. (Nov. 5, 2007) - CompuPay, Inc., one of the country's leading providers of payroll processing, tax filing and human resource related services, announced today the opening of two new offices in Connecticut and Massachusetts.

CompuPay recently opened a new sales and operations center in Milford, Mass. which will serve the greater Boston market, as well as a new sales office in Meriden, Conn. serving the greater Hartford area. Both offices will also support the previously announced Eastern Bank referral relationship.

CompuPay entered the New England market in 2005 with the opening of its Freeport, Maine sales and operations center. The Freeport office has held the title of one of the Best Places to Work in Maine for the past two years.

"Our New England expansion is part of our overall Northeast growth strategy and will supplement our strong presence in New York City, Long Island, New Jersey and Maine," stated Charlie Lathrop chairman, president and CEO of CompuPay. "We are very pleased with the teams that we have assembled and the market's reception of our products and services. With the breadth of industry knowledge and talent that CompuPay brings to the marketplace, we feel that we can offer the best payroll and related solutions to small to mid-sized businesses."
