HR Link Workshop
HR Link provides you with a state-of-the-art windows interfacing system that transfers data between the Abra Suite HR® program and PayLoad Suite™ payroll system. This system eliminates the redundancy, while optimizing productivity in payroll processing and human resource maintenance. This is a required class for clients who are using both the Abra Suite HR® and PayLoad Suite payroll systems and wish to link the database information from one system to another. This class is offered in a “Group-Live” format.
Prerequisites
- Microsoft® Windows® training or experience
- Intro to Abra Suite HR and or PayLoad Suite training class

Curriculum
After completing the Abra Suite HR® training or the PayLoad Suite™ course, the following intensive curriculum and hands-on computer application will introduce you to HR Link process.
In this three hour workshop you will cover:
- Introduction to the HR Link system
- Setting switches to run an Import/Export
- Running an HR Link Import to move data from the Abra HR system to the PayLoad system
- Running an HR Link Export to move data from the PayLoad payroll system to the Abra HR system
- Review the HR Link Field descriptions
- Discuss the Database Dictionary and how it relates to both systems
Professional Certification Credit
- Participants may receive up to 4 hours of CPE Credits.
Class Times
The HR Link workshop will begin at 1:30 p.m. on the afternoon of the third day of the Abra Suite HR Workshop.
Class Materials
Each student will receive an HR Link user manual, as well as useful handouts.
Course Fees
$195.00 per student for the workshop.
