Introduction to PayLoad Suite™ Training Class

PayLoad Suite™ is a remote time and earnings entry system for CompuPay® payroll processing service. Its state-of-the-art technology and user-friendly features provide an easy-to-use environment for all users. You’ll learn specific payroll tasks such as entering employee master information, employee time and earnings entry, opening a pay period, verifying your input with total and pretransmission edit reports and creating your transmission file. We offer this course in a two day Instructor led “Group-Live” format located at our office in Franklin, Tennessee.

Additionally, custom online PayLoad training is available upon request. Clients who would like online PayLoad training can email training@compupay.com to schedule custom sessions.

Prerequisites

Microsoft® Windows® training or experience
Knowledge of basic processes in the payroll industry

Course Level

Intermediate
Advanced preparation is not required for this class.

Curriculum

This intensive curriculum and hands-on computer application will introduce you to CompuPay’s® payroll processing cycle.

Introduction to the CompuPay Products
Introduction to the PayLoad System Modules
Discussion of the Master Files
Introduction to the Payroll Cycle
Employee Adds and Maintenance
Discussion of Utilities

Day 2

Opening a Pay Period & Time and Earnings Entry
Overview of Pre-Transmission Edit Lists
Review Pre-defined PayLoad Reports and PayView

After completing the class, you’ll be able to:

Add, change, and delete employee master information
Open a new payroll and start the payroll cycle
Enter time and earning information to generate employee paychecks
Run a TaxCalc and enter a manual check to update employee YTD totals
Create and send the transmission file to CompuPay®
Understand the PayLoad Reports™ software to generate pre-defined reports

Professional Certification Credit

Up to 14 hours of CPE Credit

Class Times

Two day workshop 9:00 am - 4:00 pm each day.

Class Materials

Each student will receive a PayLoad Suite user manual, as well as useful handouts.

Course Fees

$150.00 per student for the two day workshop.

Complaint Resolution

It is the policy of CompuPay to resolve complaints to the full satisfaction of the CompuPay training client. To that end, please contact the training manager at 615-791-4000 or send an e-mail to training@compupay.com for resolution.

Refund/Cancellation

If there is no fee charged for the program no monetary refund will be considered. If a fee is charged for the program and the course participant is unsatisfied with the program for any reason, the Training Manager will resolve the complaint to the full satisfaction of the client. Up to and including a full refund or credit toward additional training sessions.

Here at JEM Management we process payroll for 38 restaurants, a walnut farm, a satellite office and our corporate office.
