Where do I log in to see my paycheck or my W-2?

If your employer is a CompuPay client that has selected our employee self-service feature, you may log in to view past pay stubs and W-2s at www.compupaycentral.com. Log in on the right side of the screen.  If you require assistance logging in, please contact your employer.

I cannot log in to CompuPay Central.

If you are sure your employer has selected our employee self-service feature, try using the forgot username and forgot password links on CompuPay Central. If you are still having trouble logging in, please contact your employer directly. Your employer can reset your account and can contact their CompuPay client services team for assistance if needed.

I haven’t received my W-2. When will I receive my W-2?

CompuPay processes, prints and ships W-2s directly to clients in January. Our clients hand deliver or mail W-2s to their employees directly prior to the January 31 deadline. For security purposes, CompuPay is not able to release W-2s directly to client employees. Please contact your employer regarding your W-2. If a reprint is needed, your employer may contact CompuPay client services for assistance.

I need a copy of my last paycheck.

If your employer is a CompuPay client that has selected our employee self-service feature, you may log in to view and print past pay stubs and W-2s at www.compupaycentral.com. Log in on the right side of the screen.  If you require assistance logging in, please contact your employer.

If your employer does not use CompuPay Central, please contact your employer directly for copies of paychecks. If needed, your employer may contact CompuPay client services for assistance.

I can log in to CompuPay Central but I do not see my most recent W-2.

W-2s for the previous year are posted by mid-February each year. If after mid-February, you still do not see your W-2 posted, please contact your employer. Your employer may contact CompuPay client services for assistance if needed.

I have logged into CompuPay Central but I do not see my W-2s from previous years.

CompuPay Central posts W-2s for the years CompuPay processed W-2s for your employer. It is possible CompuPay was not contracted by your employer to process W-2s in previous years. Please contact your employer directly with questions. Your employer may contact CompuPay client services for assistance if needed.

I need my W-2 from my former employer but I cannot contact them.

For security reasons, CompuPay is not able to release information directly to client employees and former client employees. Please visit the IRS website for helpful information regarding what to do if you do not receive your W-2 from a former employer and for assistance obtaining copies of past W-2s.
